The BBB handles complaints about the BBB, So we definately filed a complaint there. It seems bleak at this point.

PLC Center gets the Better Business Bureau to Close the Case without a response?

WOW. What pull Radwell seems to have. The Better Business Bureau has closed the case prima facie saying they “have determined is beyond their purview”.

In 12 years of dealing with the bbb this is a first. We will definitely be following up on this. I wonder if they are saying they don’t deal with auctions or eBay. Still seems very corrupt.
